The reservation is only considered fully validated after entire deposit of respective value. Cancellation: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before to the date. In such cases there will be no penalty. This is only charged a transaction fee for the return of the reservation value. Cancellations in less than 24 hours before the scheduled date we charge 30% of the reserve value, plus transaction fee for the return of the remaining amount. Let's visit reserves the right to cancel a reservation by others or adverse conditions, including weather conditions. In such cases we advise the customer with the maximum possible brevity, proposing a new date or alternative program or else the full refund of the reservation. Absence The customer will be considered absent, before the no-show, onsite agreed meeting 15 minutes after the time appointed for the purpose.
